Chest Dips: 10, 10, 10
BB curl: 30/12, 45, 10, 10, 10 ss/w
Tricep pressdown: 30/12, 35/10, 10, 50/6
hammer curls: 19/10, 10, 10 ss/w
DB overhead extention: 28/10, 10,10
Dips felt better today, still used the crate, but my shoulder didn't hurt at all.
