Midbar press: 75/10, 85/8, 90/8,8
Incline fly: 33/10, 10,10
tricep press: 30/10,10, 40/8,8
tricep dips: 10, 10,10

Zap note: had to stop for about 10 minutes in the middle of my workout to help my son in the bathroom and let me tell you I felt like I was going to climb out of my skin! Very uncomfortable!
