Holy crap I am BACK!!! What a great workout I had today, nothing spectacular weight wize but I'll tell you I felt more intensity and motivation than I have had in weeks!!! Really focused on strict form and concentration.

Chest/Arms
Incline press: 28/15, 37/12, 42/8, 44/6,6
flat BP: 65/10, 75/10, 80/10, 85/8
incline fly: 33/12, 12, 12
cable curl: 20/10, 25/10, 25/10 ss/w
lying bar ext: 20/10, 30/10, 10
Incline db curl: 15/10, 17/10,10 ss/w
rope press: 25/10, 30/10, 10
