Hated hated hated riding the bike this morning! LOL, don't know why but it was so hard, I was huffing and puffing, but my stupid heart rate would not go up, so I didn't burn as many cals as running or the elliptical! Oh well! I'll try again on Wednesday and see how it goes before I give up on it!
