Thanks for calming me down yesterday! I agree, I've improved over last year for sure---THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I've got my calendar made and I am actually looking forward to switching to bike riding instead of running soon. (hmmm maybe I should throw some laps at the pool in and train for a tri next!)
