wanted to try out my bike ride today, need to find a more even path, the uphills were a nice challenge, but downhill my heart rate fell too much even on a high gear. Anyway, 45 min total, 139 AHR, 254 cals burned.
4PM-Quads
Leg ext: 50/12,12, 75/8, 120/6,6,6, 80/16
Front squat: 95/10, 120/8,8
DB Squat: 47/12, 53/10,10
Bar step lunge: 60/10,10
Oh yeah! Strong today!
