Ahhh I feel so good! Really on a high. Funny thing though, I have been so worried about my loose/saggy belly that I got a big shock today when I was practicing my back poses and checked out a mirror and saw that I have huge chunks of fat on my butt!! LOL, I know there is nothing to do about it now, so I'm not going to think about it. I think if I hold my legs a certain way it doesn't look so bad, so I'll have to keep practicing.
