Had a better bike ride this morning:) 45 min, 139AHR, 242 cals burned.

4:30PM-Chest and Triceps
Flat DB press: 33/12,12, 37/8, 42/6,6,6, 35/15
Midbar press: 70/10, 80/8,8,8
Incline fly: 33/10,10,10
tricep pressdown: 30/12, 40/10, 50/8,8
bench dips: 50/10,10,10


Felt like I looked really "smooshy" or flabby this morning, but after my preworkout carbs felt a lot tighter. Don't know if you need to know stuff like that but it was a very noticeable difference.
