2:00-chest/triceps
Incline db press: 28/12, 33/12, 42/8, 44/6, 6, 6
Midbar press: 85/10, 95/8, 8, 8
chest dips: 10, 7, 5
Rope press: 30/10, 10, 35/8, 8
Tri bar press: 40/10, 10, 10

So I slowed the dips down and did them really strict, but I was still very happy with what I did!

On the presses, I can't get the weight higher but I feel like I am struggling less.
