4:30PM-Chest and Tri
flat bench: 45/15, 65/12, 85/8, 95/6,6,6 75/18
incline db press palms in: 33/12, 42/8,8,8
uneven pushups: 10 each side x 3 sets
DB Ext: 24/10,10, 33/8,8
Tricep pressdown: 30/10, 35/10,10

Totally exhausted today, had to drive my daughters friend home to the Poconos, 5.5 hours in the car ugh!

Can't really tell if I see a difference between morning and night, but I am definitely seeing a difference in teh way I look day to day.
