4:30PM-Quads
Squats: 115/12, 12, 135/8, 165/6,6,6, 135/12
Leg ext: 75/10, 100/8,8,8
DB Squats: 47/12, 52/10,10
Step ups: 33/10,10

This was one of those days I wish I had someone to workout with to help push me. I was not feeling it today even with Zap and Vaso. On the squats it is getting really hard for me to keep the weight on my back and shoulders, it really hurts and makes it hard for me to concentrate. Is that normal? It feels REALLY heavy and uncomfortable, but I feel like my legs can handle it not my back.
