seated row: 70/10, 90/8,8,8
rope pulldown: 25/10,10,10 (did these with straight arm)
SLDL: 95/12, 115/10, 125/8,8
lying leg curl: 30/10,35/10,10
The lat pulldowns felt soooo hard even though I've done heavier weight in the past. Noticed I am pretty worn out and cranky lately. Is that normal or too early? Have been really busy with family stuff lately though, so maybe that is why.
